Spent 13 nights in this hotel during our vacation in Cozumel. The room was reasonably large and had a microwave, a refrigerator, and a toaster.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late departure. Parking was free, and a large water container full of drinking water was provided.

The hotel was fairly clean and the room was brand-new. The staff was flexible and amicable. The nice onsite restaurant had a lot of food. We were there for 2 nights, overall had a perfectly pleasant stay...

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was incredible, especially considering the prices of other nearby hotels. Secondly, the attention to detail was outstanding - from the basic amenities provided in the rooms to the sufficient kitchen utensils available for use. And let's not forget the location, which was absolutely perfect! Just a short walk away from the city center and directly on the breathtaking waterfront. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help and answer any questions we had. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast served every morning. It was the perfect start to our day.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to complain about. Everything was just perfect!

It's conveniently close to restaurants and the Ado bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious rooms are equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave, perfect for families with children. The attentive staff ensures a pleasant stay and the small beach area is beautiful and well-maintained. The pool may be a bit warm in August, but the refreshing Caribbean is just steps away.

Some rooms may lack direct access to sunlight, giving a basement-like feeling.
